Music, Movement & Arts
A creative therapy program using music, movement, and arts to build communication, emotional regulation, motor skills, and cultural confidence in neurodiverse children.
Unlocking Potential through Specialized Support.
The Music, Movement & Arts (MMA) Therapy program at Nature's Sprout Academy supports neurodiverse children — including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, or Sensory Processing Disorder — using creative, non-verbal, and engaging activities to build skills in a natural, enjoyable way. Rather than focusing on 'fixing' behaviours, MMA helps children develop communication, regulation, and confidence through structured and child-led play. A key part of our program is the use of traditional music and instruments, helping children connect with Ghanaian culture while benefiting from the therapeutic power of rhythm, movement, and creative expression. Every child begins with a baseline assessment, and weekly sessions are personalised around what motivates them most.
